Weekly Reflections and Focus
This tridot training pre-season plan is no joke. It is tearing me up a bit but in a good way before I get lasik done. I have enjoyed the brutal workouts so far to kick me back into shape before I do my eyes.
We traveled to visit family before the work week just after Thanksgiving. We were able to let Dennis have an impromptu birthday with family in California. It was a good trip overall, and it took a decent amount of time. Some pics from the week as I slacked in my keeping a good blog and record of things. I had a good run on Saturday, however, it was a bit wierd as I had to use a restroom mid run. At least I beat the major weather but It was a wee bit misty.
