how to effectively extract information from those that withhold information on a project (work-related)….challenge ‘de semaine’ (week)…..and what is even more frustrating is when people don’t look at the project holistically only from a compartmentalized or narrow-minded perspective…..further, frustrated by the fact these information holders may fall into two populations – 1)they don’t understand or know they have the information that is needing extraction/sharing or 2) willfully omitting or withholding information….the latter is the most frustrating when it occurs….. on a positive…i have Enola Gay from OMD blaring…. 🙂
